Ok, not to be too critical, as I'm not one to go out of my way to belittle people. This is just constructive criticism.
You have nothing enchanted. At all (save for the axe). I know a few pieces of your gear are still green, but come on. Enchants make a huge difference. The Kara gear guide will
tell you every enchant to shoot for. Plus, you'll need the Glyph of Ferocity from CE (might as well wait on that for your helm), and the shoulder enchants from whichever faction you chose. Get a leg patch for you leggings - you might want the Clefthide for the agi boost, but cobra is better IMO.
Also, get a better scope.
Even khorium scopes are dropping in prices on my server, but adamantite should be well within reach.
I'd also run SV to death whenever possible for the Beast Lord shoulders and/or leggings. Even though we can't double trap anymore, the 2 piece set bonus is still very nice.
You might want to think about grabbing a Necklace
of the Deep. With 2 +8 agi gems, it'll really boost your agi. And yes, getting it to drop is a pain, but running SL every chance you get for the Sonic Spear is a good idea too. You'll want the hit rating bonus.
You have a mana efficient build, but your mana pool is kinda low. That needs some work too.
I know it seems like a lot. And maybe gold is tight for you as a crafter. But keep plugging away. It's all within reach, and gives you something to shoot for.
Can you run Kara, and heroics? Sure. Should you? That's a harder question. Perhaps you're good enough to make up
for your overall lack of stats. Only you know that answer. My advice is to keep running SV and SL (and any other normal instance with gear drops that might help) every chance you get. You could try to run heroic mech a few times to get your feet wet, as it's fairly easy. Then, when you feel comfortable, try others. As far as Kara goes, unless you're in a guild that really needs bodies, you may have a hard time getting a raid slot for now until you boost your stats a bit more.
But good, smart, solid play >> gear. So use your best judgement.

But make sure you get a little bit more Hitrating as you go, and the same with Agility/Crit. I've read the Pre-Raid sticky and I've tried to follow it the best I could.. although in a low pop server it can be hard to find groups for some dungeons...
Also, what about heroics... will I get my ass kicked?
