Ok, not to be too critical, as I'm not one to go out of my way to belittle people. This is just constructive criticism. You have nothing enchanted. At all (save for the axe). I know a few pieces of your gear are still green, but come on. Enchants make a huge difference. The Kara gear guide will tell you every enchant to shoot for. Plus, you'll need the Glyph of Ferocity from CE (might as well wait on that for your helm), and the shoulder enchants from whichever faction you chose.
